If you are not satisfied with your print, we want to quickly make things right.
30-Day Joy Guarantee
If you're not completely happy with your print, simply email us within 30 days of delivery and we will provide a full refund.
In most cases, you won’t need to return the print.
We want the process to be simple and stress-free.
Damaged Prints
If your print arrives damaged, please email us a photo of the issue and we will gladly send a replacement or issue a refund.

- A photo if the item arrived damaged

Will I be charged if I cancel an order?
If you make a mistake with your order, please email us immediately at support@katykefi.com so we can attempt to cancel the order before the processing begins.
An order shows as delivered, but it is missing
I am sorry to hear the order has not arrived, but the tracking shows as delivered. Our experience has been that occasionally carriers can mark an order as delivered in error.
In these cases we recommend to do the following:
– Verify the shipping address
– Look for a notice of attempted delivery
– Look around the delivery location for the package
– Check with neighbors to see if they accepted the package
– Check mailbox, leasing office, front desk, or wherever else mail may be received
– Please wait 36 hours as in rare cases some packages may say delivered up to 36 hours prior to arrival
