How much is shipping?
Shipping is FREE for canvas prints within the contiguous United States of America.
When will my order ship?
All orders should ship from our Tampa, Florida facility within 5-8 business days. Please note that the transit time is in addition to the production time. Note that the first business day after an order is placed is considered as the first of these 5-8 business days.
*Times listed are during normal business seasons. During peak holiday seasons, estimated times may be longer due to increased demand. Transit times will vary depending on your location and selected shipping speed.
How can I track my order?
After your order has been confirmed, processed, created, and shipped you will be emailed tracking information.
Who do I contact if a package has no tracking updates or movement?
If your tracking link does not show any movement or update, please contact Customer Support at support@katykefi.com. Occasionally, issues with the carrier can occur in which case, I recommend contacting the carrier directly to resolve.
Carrier Delivery Manager Programs
Many carriers offer the ability for a recipient to sign up for free alerts, request holds, provide delivery instructions, reroute packages, etc. Please refer to the carrier’s website for more information on how to request a hold.
Can I update the shipping address of an order?
A change of shipping address can only be made if production has not commenced. A change of address can only be made if the new address resides in the same region/territory as the original address. If the request does not adhere to the above rules, a new order will need to be placed with the updated address information. If you are concerned about whether the shipping address can be changed or not, please contact Customer Support at support@katykefi.com or cancel and resubmit the order with the desired shipping address.
Why does it say the address is undeliverable?
Due to carrier deliverability restrictions, we will only accept shipments to a valid street address. P.O. Boxes, APO, FPO, MPO, or DPO addresses are not accepted at this time.
An undeliverable address means that the carrier cannot deliver the order to the address that was provided. Please verify your shipping address and whether that shipping location has package restrictions. Orders in which the address is undeliverable by the carrier will be destroyed. In these cases, do not submit a new order with the same address as the results will be the same. If the carrier has made an error, please contact us at support@katykefi.com.
