Location: Salerno on the Amalfi Coast in Italy
The harbor of Salerno offers a beautiful balance between the rhythm of city life and the calm presence of the sea. Boats drift gently along the dock as sunlight dances across the water, creating soft reflections that bring the entire harbor to life.
Walking along the port in Salerno, the sounds of the waterfront surround you. The distant hum of boats, the scent of salt in the air, and the slow movement of the water against the dock. It’s a place where everyday life and the sea exist side by side.
I paused here for a moment to take it all in before capturing this image. Scenes like this are what make coastal towns along the Amalfi Coast feel so timeless and peaceful.Every step along the port feels like an immersion into a city that lives and breathes the sea.
This photograph is part of my collection of peaceful coastal moments captured while traveling the world. My hope is that when you display this print in your home, it brings a sense of calm and transports you to the moment it was taken.
